The Word must be in your heart:

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. [Colossians 3:16]

The Word must be in your mouth:

"I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. [Mark 11:23]

"...if you have been trapped by what you said, ensnared by the words of your mouth..." [Proverbs 6:2]

20 From the fruit of his mouth a man's stomach is filled; with the harvest from his lips he is satisfied. 21 The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit. [Proverbs 18:20-21]

Beat your plowshares into swords and your pruning hooks into spears. Let the weakling say, "I am strong!" [Joel 3:10]

What you say is a reflection of what's in your heart
